Falcon Archer is a clothing and fashion consulting brand based in South Kerala, By using this
site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent or
guardian.
2. Product & Pricing
All products listed on the website are described as accurately as possible. However, slight
variations in color or size may occur due to screen differences or lighting. Prices are in INR and
inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time without
prior notice.
3. Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. This confirmation does
not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Suspicion of fraud or misuse
4. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
All transactions are secure and processed through trusted payment gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver primarily in Kerala. Standard delivery timelines are 3–5 business days.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our
control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
6. Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your product, only for issues
related to:
• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong size
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For more details,
refer to our Return & Refund page.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order will be processed
and shipped.
8. Fashion Consulting & Content
Our fashion consulting and video content are for educational and styling guidance purposes only.
Results may vary based on personal preferences and psychological responses.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, product photos, videos, and text — is the
property of Falcon Archer and cannot be reused or reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Falcon Archer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of
